What are Singing Bowls?
Crystal singing bowls are a powerful tools and instruments used in sound healing. Traditionally, singing bowls were made out of copper and used in ancient rituals, for medicinal and musicial purposes. Originated in Mesopotamia 5,000 years ago, it slowly made its way over to Tibet over 2,000 years ago, where many of us now know them as Tibetan singing bowls.
