Lavender Quartz is a stone of love, healing, and joy. It is actually a type of Rose Quartz with a high level of titanium or manganese within it (hence the color, which is a sort of lilac-pink.) It is said to alleviate a lack of self-worth and low self-esteem and helps to assist with appreciating the things around you. It has a lovely positive effect on the mind whilst dispelling mental blockages, but it also brings love and joy to the carrier. Lavender Quartz evokes the awesome power of unconditional love and compassion.  It shows us how to use feelings of love and acts of loving-kindness as a spiritual path.  When held during prayer or meditation, it dissolves boundaries and allows us to more fully feel the embrace of the Divine and access Nirvana. 

Lavender Quartz’s energy is connected to all aspects of love – including self-love, romantic love, friendship, and family love, as well as community and global love.  It has a soothing and peaceful energy that can help to reduce daily worries as well as major emotional trauma.  Lavender Quartz encourages us to make self-care a high priority because in taking care of ourselves we have gained strength and energy which we can then give out to the world.   

Lavender Quartz encourages forgiveness and compassion. It can help us to intellectually understand where another person is coming from and why a situation has occurred. With this understanding, we can then truly accept “what is” and then figure out what to do next.  Lavender Quartz shows us that our Highest Good is always served by acting out of real love, which may manifest as self-love or as love for another, or both simultaneously.  Lavender Quartz teaches us that we should always seek out solutions that “work, bless and protect” all parties.  

On the physical level, this stone positively influences metabolism and blood circulation. Lavender Quartz is said to be a stabilizing and strengthening stone for the physical heart as well as the brain.  Metaphysical healers use it to treat some forms of depression and anxiety. 

You will receive one (1) tumbled Lavender Quartz about .75"-1" in size similar to the one in the photo with a card describing its properties. It will be gift-wrapped and charged with our singing bowls, Archangel Michael Spray, and infused with Reiki energy before being sent out.
